Jamison and Ryan Elder have recently taken the reins at Facility Systems, Inc. Though they have both worked at the company for years, they took ownership of the family business on May 1, 2018.
Both Jamison and Ryan will be serving as principals of the firm. While their father, Scott Elder, will be principal as well.
Here’s what they had to say about the future of FSI:
“Our goal is to continue to grow, as a design and consulting firm focusing on serving the facility management industry. We hope, that in the next 5 years, we’ve doubled our design and architectural products staff, while continuing to provide the outstanding customer support that has kept us in business for the last 30 years,” said Ryan Elder, principal, FSI.
“We’re incredibly fortunate to have the staff that we do. We have an excellent base to work from and are not starting from scratch. We’ve also started working with a consultant, Charette Venture Group, that specializes in helping small design firms. They’ll help us grow in a strategic and stable fashion that will ensure FSI will be around for another generation,” said Jamison Elder, principal, FSI.
